A great haircut! Roberto was lovely and gave me a really good quick trim and the blow-dry was great. Really good hair wash too.

Other than the fact that it was very dirty in the studio, I'm not very happy with the haircut I received from Roberto. He had very dull scissors and my hair now has very choppy ends. He did not apply any heat protection to my hair and the dryer was so hot that it burned my skin. Not a great experience.
