When I arrived they didn’t have my booking so I had to wait 40 mins to be seen. Was supposed to be a quick convenient trim on my lunch break. But I left late and to be honest my hair looked non the better for it. Total waste of money

This is the first time that I visited this salon and I had a lovely experience. Luna was lovely - super friendly and did an excellent job. I loved my hair cut and came out feeling very special. I will definitely be going back.

Izabel was good, there seemed to be a lot of confusion around the reception , which did not instil confidence. Decor a bit rough in parts but very good value for money and a good cut

But the therapist was lovely and friendly nothing was too much.
In general friendly staff at the hair salon and receptionist.
