I was left waiting for over 30 minutes, even though I said I had to get to the airport. Then the wax was basically cold and half way through the therapists swapped to strip wax! Then I got home and realised half of my bikini line hadn’t been waxed so now need to find a different place to correct it. I’ve been having waxes for years and this was my worst.

The results were great, however, the wax was too hot and took longer than expected. Also, I was left with bruising in some areas
