Pretty disappointing. My hairdresser didn’t really talk to me at all or ask me what I wanted she just started washing my hair and when she trimmed it it looked like it was the first time she had ever cut hair. The ends are now really blunt and dry and I’m going to another hairdresser to get them fixed.
