Normally have a lovely experience with Luna. Arrived at the salon, weird first interaction employees were just standing there i stepped in and after stepping to reception was told to go back to the entrance to do covid safety checks. Then Luna was not there and no explanation they just handed me to another hairdresser like i would not notice. Asked said hairdresser to just trim ends and typically did the opposite and cut way more also styled horribly I came out with very messy hair and blow dry

Awful experience, the hairdresser lady washed my hair with shampoo but never conditioned it, she cut my hair with paper scissors and blow dried it with a hair brush that’s had so much hair in from other clients, absolutely disgusting. To top it all of the receptionist presented me with extra charge at the end of my appointment... please avoid this place
