Didn't take account of the fact that my hair already had layers - cut straight across without doing sections so not all of my hair was tended to.

Full colour after lockdown and holiday! Roberto chose a blend of my natural colour (minus the grey) and the colour that the sun had bleached the ends to. Result was great - just what I asked for. Salon was clean, had face masks and disposable capes etc. Would definitely recommend. Thank you
