Nadjiba did a really good job with my cut, she was very attentive and took a lot of care. I had booked specifically for Luna and had not been informed that she was unavailable in advance which was frustrating. However Nadjiba and Cristina managed the situation well and did a great job. I just wish the management would take more responsibility to communicate properly with bookers.

After an initial bad experience, Cutting Crew did everything to make sure my hair was perfect - the whole team worked together to make sure I was happy. Very friendly staff who knew what they were talking about, will definitely be visiting again!

Quite a poor experience. The stylist went straight to washing my hair and only asked what I wanted after it was wet, which meant he didn’t know the condition of my hair and how much needed to come off. He also burnt my head multiple times while blow drying it and I had to keep pulling my head away. My appointment was also rescheduled 30 mins before it started and no one called me (only email which I hadn’t seen) so when I turned up and was told that I’d have to wait, and no one apologised.
