I gave three pictures of how I wanted my hair cut (short) but it turned out nothing like them. I kept asking her to cut it shorter but she would only trim it. I hate being that person, but I asked her to redo it 4 times (showing her pictures every time). Eventually I gave up and will have to book another appointment elsewhere. Whilst its fine at the front, the back was still very long (more similar to a mullet). I was very unhappy with my haircut and have kept it tied up since.
