Hair looks nice with no frizz and limited curl however I was charged an extra £20 for a trim that took 4 minutes and the hairdresser literally just stood me up and ran the scissors along my hair at the back, feel that kind of trim should have been included.

I'm happy with the treatment itself - I liked my shiny straight hair after the blow dry. Unfortunately there are more things I'm NOT happy about with cutting crew:
They 'sold' me a haircut in addition to the blowdry and charged me £40 for it -- looking at their menu afterwards - £40 is for a haircut including wash and blowdry -- which I was already paying for as part of the brazilian blow dry. Also, a trim is generally included in the treatment (it's fine if they don't want to include it but I'm cross about being charged more).
There was hardly any information provided about the treatment, they assumed I would know already about the after care.
So instead of £72 that they show on Treatwell, I ended up paying them £112. And mind you, they didn't accept card payment and told me only after the whole treatment that I'll need to go get cash for them. No bill or receipt given either.
