I went for Balyage and cut and I'm so unhappy I'm going to have to pay to have my hair redone. Treatwell told me it would take 3h15 and I was done in 1hr 30.. The rush is apparent in the finish!
I asked for subtle honey colored balyage, so I wouldn't get roots (natural blonde). I've ended up with high up stripes like bad highlights. She advised for bleach and then toner, but then when my hair was wet she said she liked it blonder so should leave as just bleach. I insisted that she added in tonor as even wet I could see the stripes. After the toner was added and the drying began, she started to see the stripes and tried to cover it by giving me a side parting - she then said she done the stripes on purpose and when you rustle my hair you can't see them!! When I said I wasn't happy she said give it a few days and if i book in for a blow dry she'd put in a toner - I'm not sure why I should pay for any further treatments or trust them to fix this?
The cut, done in 15minutes and dry, was the only area I hadn't been initially concerned about - but now home I've realised its completely uneven, very noticeably so to the naked eye. I had asked to go short so had about 5 inches removed, leaving it sat on my shoulders, but now I'm going to have to have it re-cut to have it evened out and will end up with a bob.

Luna was brilliant - had a fantastic balayage, cut & blow dry with her. The colour looks amazing and Luna was happy to recommend the best colour and cut to suit me. She gave lots of haircare and styling tips without upselling any products and was attentive throughout. Would definitely go back!
