Rossemary was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and even though this was my first visit to the salon, I felt comfortable and very welcome. She is a safe pair of hands, and took the time to discuss my colouring and cut with me, as I had opted for a gloss to add shine, and she wanted to check I knew what the result was likely to be. The cut is great and I was able to recreate at home by myself her styling, and she was attentive even though she had other customers at the same time, who all walked away looking very satisfied. They not only make a fab cup of tea but I also learnt a bit of Spanish while I was in salon! A lovely experience, I totally recommend.
