Lovely staff. I have never been informed with such detail about what will work best for my hair, why and how it will be done. I felt super safe in the hands of Cutting Crew (Luna was especially brilliant). I had a balayage for the first time and it looked amazing afterwards, especially with the beautiful products and blow dry afterwards.
When I visited they were short of staff last minute, but they managed to fit everyone in without rushing so each client was properly attended to. They even stayed open after hours to ensure all clients were happy and personally happy with their hair.
Would definitely recommend, they know their stuff and proved it with the outcome of my hair. Genuinely never been so satisfied leaving the hairdressers, I always dread it because they don't always seem to understand what you want but they went above and beyond here.
