This is absolutely the WORST eyebrow threading experience I’ve ever had. PLEASE AVOID.
Firstly they made me wait for 40 minutes - I arrived promptly for my appointment - if they had acknowledged me of how long I would be waiting when I went in I would have cancelled this - I simply don’t have that much time just sit there and wait. Then when it’s finally my turn, the lady who did my eyebrows was not professional at all. She used tweezers most of the time instead of the thread. I understand the necessity to use tweezers to clean up sometimes, but in this case it’s just her lack of threading skills - I could totally use tweezers myself at home and be much more gently on my skin than the lady did! Last but not the least, the chair was extremely uncomfortable. So for the purpose of eyebrow threading, I had to lie down and put my head on the back of the chair. However they only have hairdressing chairs and the back of the chairs are really low, which means I couldn’t even sit well - my backside was just touching the front edge of the seat because I had to go so low on the back. The whole thing was outrageous and I felt mistreated. I strongly suggest them to remove threading from their list of service.

I was running 20 minutes late but Esti was still able to give me the service I booked. The haircut I received was incredible and the blow dry made it look fantastic. I'm so happy with the service and friendliness of staff. Would be useful is the venue accepted card payments, however there is an ATM just opposite the road. Thank you, Esti - you're amazing.
