Everyone working at the establishment was so incredibly lovely! I had made a spontaneous appointment the night before, and yet they still managed to accommodate me without any fuss! Luna was absolutely lovely, so easy to talk to and a wonderful listener. She offered me so many tips on how to look after my hair and gave me the most intricate haircut i have ever had in under 20 minutes! The young lady who blow dried my hair (who's name i'm afraid I can't remember - it began with an E), was incredibly sweet and left my hair looking nicer than it ever has in my whole life! They brought me a lovely cup of tea as well, which is always a bonus. For £45, this was the best treatment I could have ever expected. Thank you so much to the whole team for making me feel so looked after :)
The cut was very good. But this was my first Balayage, done by Rossmary, and I don’t think it’s a great balayage. It’s a little patchy, and there are some blunt edges where the bleach stops in a straight line and doesn’t blend to my natural colours. I also seem to have some stripes on the top of my head that I think I will visit another salon to have fixed. It looks like I’ve had highlights and not a balayage.
It is much lighter than we discussed, which is ok, I don’t mind the colour, but it does make the patchiness stand out a little more.
The studio is small and simple, but clean and reasonably priced. The two members of staff who were there when I was there spoke very little English. So take photos if you want something specific.
Children haircut was meant to be GBP 10. However, when it was finished I had to pay GBP 25. I didn't want to make a discussion in front of my child and therefore just left. Be aware, they charged me extra GBP 15 for the hair wash of my child ( it was not included in children haircut)... a rip off really
