Wasn’t 100% thrilled with the service I received while I was there, but the overall finish was good. I booked in for Luna after reading good reviews originally but ended up with a Brazilian guy I’ve forgotten the name of, and it felt like because I was paying a smaller amount/ package price to how much balayage is usually , he was doing me a favour for doing a cut as well. All he did was trim it. And I didn’t think he really fully understood what I wanted. Plus I had to pay an extra £25 ontop for toner, which should be mentioned in the price.

I had to colour my hair in two days to achieve the colour I wanted to have on the picture I showed. First day I had Alvaro very friendly and professional guy. He did a great job explaining on how he would colour my hair the best way possible to make sure it won’t damage it. Would recommend him as he doesn’t really get much credit on the reviews for his professionalism. Also Alvaro does very nice blow drys. Second day I had Rosemary which too was amazing and explained how my procedure would be done. My colour turned out amazing and I’m glad I went to this salon as it’s very local and the stylists are top quality. Thank you so much. Kristina.

I actually couldn’t be bothered to wash my own hair today so, last minute, I booked this salon and I’m so glad I did! The whole experience was relaxing and totally stress free (the exact opposite of doing it myself) service was 1st class and the blow dry was one of the best I’ve ever had so that’s why I’ve awarded it 5*****
