I didnt get exactly what I asked for but I think its better! I would recommend coming here for highlights/balyage/ a cut. Plus its v good value

Overall a good experience and the staff were lovely. The colour is great...however the balayage took over 5 hours (I arrived at 3.30pm and didn't leave until 9pm)...they were really busy so cannot blame them, but this is a really long time! Also my hair has been so dry since the treatment. I also had to pay an additional £25 for toner, which was not advertised.

Rosemary was very friendly and gave me a great haircut. The best that I've had in a long time actually! Definitely going to go back.
