Luna was an absolute sweetheart and clearly cares deeply about her what she does and her clients. She offered advice and tips but also listened to what I wanted and I’m really happy with my trim and treatment. The only issue was that she was booked to do two cuts at once for no clear reason. She tried her best, but the cut took double the time noted on the website because she kept having to move between us whilst the other client waited. Luckily I wasn’t in a rush, but something to note!
