I used to go here because they had the most helpful and professional hairdresser working there. She seems to have moved on and it's changed the whole place. The staff doesn't speak much English and are rude. The woman, who seemed to be the owner, sat there most of the time looking at herself from the mirror. I asked for a trim and said 10cm can be cut from the ends. The person cutting my hair decided to cut about 15 to 20cm without checking with me first. I left the place in shock and crying, wishing I would've managed to give my feedback to them as well. My beautifully long hair is now gone.

Quick and efficient service from Marcelo, but he still took time to make sure the cut was even and to my liking. I thought it was a little pricey at £40 for a fairly basic cut, but then I guess it is in the middle of Westminster. The salon is quite small but well equipped – feels a bit more peaceful than some other hairdressers in that area. Very easy and convenient to book through Treatwell (even last minute on a Friday).

The service received by Rosimarie as second to non. She took the time to advise me on the best suitable haircut for me, and I had one of the best haircuts I every had, plus she was very friendly but professional.

Booked to see Luna - but apparently Luna was on holiday so Rosemary helped me out.
Showed her a picture of what I wanted - she said the colour wouldn’t look great but I wanted to go ahead anyway.
Big mistake - It looked horrible and I was almost in tears.
Rosemary kindly saved the day - put a toner on my hair and it turned out to look beautiful and I am so happy with the colour now.
She gave me a free blowdry for my birthday as well which was very generous.
I am very pleased.
