The stylist was nice, however, the manager is rude and unprofessional. I went in having pre-paid balayage and blow dry but was recommended to get a toner instead - which the stylist said it was better for my hair, cheaper, and I’d be out in half of the time. When I went to pay, all of a sudden, they asked me 40% more of what the balayage would have costed me and the manager started screaming and arguing with me while washing another clients hair. I’ll never go back
