Luna did my blow dry and she was very friendly and professional at the same time. She used the hair dryer for curling as I asked and also used products that will make the style last longer. When I arrived the two others served customers who arrived earlier than their booking and took a customer who walked in without an appointment. I waited over half hour for mine. I think the staff should used their common sense and serve customers who have appointments and have been waiting for a long time. They were not very apologetic or offered any compensation. Luna was great though and she mentioned she always starts at 930 whereas my appointment was at 9.
