I booked the appointment last minute, and the appointment went ahead no problem. However, I understand the salon was short of staff and that made other customers quite angry, and therefore the hairdressers seemed a bit stressed. It meant they were trying to deal with lots of customers at the same time. The hairdressers were however very friendly, did their very best and did a good job with my hair. I would come back - but just make sure to book a bit earlier. I was surprised that the toner was an extra £25, and it's cash only - so remember that if booking for highlights. Thanks
