There was no wait and I had the cut done on time - it was a very simple cut request however, I did not notice how uneven it was (with odd deep layers that would never work on my super thin hair) on one side until I came home and washed / styled it myself. Had to go back to get it fixed as it was embarrassingly bad (they did agree to fix it for me for free). I will definitely not be coming back.
