Very disappointed with the service here. I had the worst Brazilian keratin treatment here. The keratin they used was extremely toxic, particularly because the stylist forgot one of the steps (to wash out half of the treatment!). It made my eyes water profusely. Then she applied too much heat to my hair so much so, that my scalp was burning and I had to stop her. I’ve had the same treatment elsewhere twice and didn’t have to endure such pain. The end result does NOT leave much to be desired- it just looks like a normal blow dry- no gloss or sheen at all! And now my hair is very damaged at the ends! The staff are very friendly but lack sufficient skill. The salon is chaos. Waste of £110! So disappointed.

Christina is so good at what she does. I need not have any apprehension about what style I wanted and I just asked her to cut my hairs short which would suit my face cut and she did a fabulous job. I really love my new cut. Thanks Christina.

Although my usual stylist was absent, I am very pleased with my experience with Christina, she was so lovely and my highlights are gorgeous. Definitely would recommend Christina. A nice salon and the staff are very friendly.
