Not the most glamorous location (tea was served in a Christmas mug!), but I got a really good haircut for a really good price.

It was much smaller than it looked on the pictures, which meant that the hairdressers kept bumping into each other or their clients. They were clearly overbooked and understaffed, which meant that the staff consistently stopped working on their clients to service newcomers. My lady, although pleasant enough, didn't seem to take direction well. She consistently pulled on my hair when blowing drying (harder than she ever needed to) and even with my yelps of pain, continued to ignore me. She even managed to glue some of my eyelashes together, as she pointed the very hot hairdryer in my eyes as she was maneuvering around. Don't even get me started on the styling of my fringe/bangs... Definitely not worth the money I paid and I wish I had spent a little more in a much better salon!

I had a deep conditioning treatment, hair cut and blow dry with Paula, on a special offer. The treatment and cut were brilliant, and Paula was really lovely! I will definitely go back. I've knocked a star off as it's a cash only business and I prefer to be able to stick things on my (credit) card half the time.
