This was genuinely the worst haircut experience I ever had: my hair was yanked continuously, and I got strangled 3 times. If that wasn't enough I got such a bad haircut that the other hairdresser tried to fix it. She hasn't managed so I had to find another hairdresser and get a pixie haircut (there is nothing wrong with a pixie but I had asked for a bob...).
