I didn't get my hair cut because the stylist was sick. Although Paola was great previously but I feel treatwell should have cancelled appointment and informed me beforehand.

I had Christina no. 2 (stand in) who was brilliant! So knowledgeable and friendly and really took her time with me, giving me hints and tips along the way! A "no-frills" experience but a really relaxed atmosphere and good staff - perfect for a quick trim after work! Thank you!
