It was very busy due to Christmas time but they did their best to take me as soon as possible. This is basic but good to go if you haven’t got much time. Will I come back there? Yes

I loved my cut, Luna was brilliant but I did have to wait for a while. I appreciate lunchtime is busy and there were a few Christmas parties but I booked an appointment before hand, so shouldn’t technically have to wait... maybe they overbooked? But I’m happy with the cut!

Blow dry itself was good, but I had to wait 20 mins past my appointment time, and it was very chaotic in the salon. My stylist was very attentive and caring but just a shame it was so late, particularly when it was an “express” service.
