I’ve been twice and planning to book my third appointment. Abby is very friendly and comforting. She does pre work before waxing to make the experience hurt less. She’s efficient and provides good advice on how I can look after my skin to prevent in grown hair. Ever since moving to Birmingham I’ve struggles to stay with the same waxer due to having a poor experience - I’m happy to have found Abby and I will definitely be a regular customer of hers.

abby is a great hairdresser she listens to what you want. loved my hair cut and beautiful environment and very cosy place. I lived my eyebrows as well. I will always cone back to her as she really good. thanks abby. family loved the hair.
