Booked online and went in for a dry cut late in the afternoon on a Friday. The staff were very friendly and they immediately picked up the style I was describing (showed them a couple of photos too, but in retrospect I believe it was quite unnecessary :) ). Ended up with the haircut I wanted, an enjoyable chit chat, and a simple styling thrown in at the same price, no surprise charges. Overall, well-satisfied with service and will prefer again.

I was booked in for a late afternoon wash, cut and blow dry appointment and had to wait 25 minutes to be seated due to the 2 staff both running late. I was then showered with water during my shampoo (which also went up the wall as she let go of the hose) and after this spent the entire appointment having my hair tugged and pulled from start to finish, with the girl eventually getting the brush stuck in my hair when blow drying and having to get her colleague to remove it because it was so tangled. Unfortunately had a really unpleasant experience here and although the staff were friendly enough I wouldn't come again after leaving feeling rushed and with a headache from hell!

Another fab visit to the salon. Thank you to Scott who did an amazing job colouring my hair and leaving it looking beautiful. Never disappointed. Great staff, great hairdressers!
My roots had grown out so I booked a half head highlights. When my hair is down it looks great but I wear my hair up more and so I realised once I tied my hair that the stylist started the highlights 3/4 up my head (usually they're done from above the ear) meaning that you can still see all my old roots from the front so I'm having to now go get the rest of this done. Lovely staff and atmosphere never the less.
