I'm disappointed with my recent visit. I thought I'd booked a mani & pedi, but was told only a manicure was booked. The nail technician scuffed my nail beds and pushed back my cuticles without soaking, which was sore and not what I expected for a regular nail polish application. The nails were not drying and she started to file off the varnish. At this point I said I was leaving. I'm not happy with the service and wouldn't recommend it to others.

Maya was great – everything was perfect, and she really put me at ease. She also gave me a lot of helpful aftercare advice. The procedure itself wasn’t too traumatic, which I appreciated.
As for the results, I’m not sure yet. So far, I haven’t noticed any changes, but Maya did inform me that it can take up to two weeks for results to appear. So, it’s hard to give a solid review of the treatment at this point.
I’m hopeful and really looking forward to seeing some results soon.
