Lina was great, she was friendly and welcoming since the beginning, asked me if I would like her to wash my hair first; then she took the time to talk to me and actually understand exactly what kind of haircut I had in mind. During the experience, she regularly checked to make sure my hair was getting to the shape I intended, and that was really thoughtful. At the end, she dried it and used some wax, a nice touch. The result pleased me very much and I will definitely become a client. Thank you, Lina! :)

It was ok for the money paid. The balayage was more like highlights than what I’m normally used to.
Conditioning treatment didn’t feel that effective, but that may have been because my hair was in bad condition to begging with.
