Team here are lovely and extremely professional. Have visited twice and received great service on both occasions. Paula is so friendly, and recommended a different service (lash lift) to which I had done and was very happy with the results. Would recommend and go back again! Already booked for next time.

Awful experience. I was there for 3.5 hours and came out with hair that was nothing like what I had asked for. The cut was awful and the colouring I could have done better with a £6 box dye, which ironically I had to use today to cover up what they had done. I asked for an ash blonde/pink baylage and ended up with orange highlights up to my hair line. After 3.5 hours I had to return later in the evening for another 3 hours for them to ‘fix’ it however they just made it worse! Disgraceful. 0 star
