The cut was exactly what I asked for. The OLAPLEX treatment was wonderful; it left my hair smooth and shiny.

Awful experience. I was there for 3.5 hours and came out with hair that was nothing like what I had asked for. The cut was awful and the colouring I could have done better with a £6 box dye, which ironically I had to use today to cover up what they had done. I asked for an ash blonde/pink baylage and ended up with orange highlights up to my hair line. After 3.5 hours I had to return later in the evening for another 3 hours for them to ‘fix’ it however they just made it worse! Disgraceful. 0 star

Not what I asked for. I’ve booked curly blow-dry and asked for volume. I left with my hair wavy at the ends and flat on top of my had - completely straight within an hour.
