Lina was great and made me so relaxed! She asked specifically for what I wanted and then let me know she’s happy for me to chat or to chill on my phone and made me feel really comfortable. They had massage chairs for the wash station which was a major plus. Lina nailed blending in my highlights for a natural look. One section of my hair ended up picking up a bit more toner than others probably due to my hair condition but she said if it hasn’t corrected within a few washes she’ll correct it FOC.

It was ok but not great. Felt I could have been asked how I wanted my hair dried and finished but she just did it
