Instantly criticised for booking the wrong hair cut, I had the length wrong. I explained that there were no definitions or pictures on their listing. Nail tech (who was obviusly listening in to our conversation) interupts to tell me I am wrong, there are definitions and pictures clearly abvailble on the website. No apology after I finished talking and explained that I booked via Tteatwell. Kinda rude.
