There was a small issue with booking as the sync with the app wasn’t perfect, however, the staff were very accommodating. My cut from Harry was top notch, exactly what I was looking for. More pricey than some barbers I’ve been to but you get what you pay for.

Seems to be going downhill. 45 minute haircut was over in 20 minutes. You can’t book with a specific barber anymore - there’s always different staff when I go there and they always seems to be kids whereas there used to be a mix of more experienced and junior staff. There was nothing wrong with the haircut but it was no better than the £6 haircut I can get at my local barbers - definitely not worth £44, either for the haircut or the overall experience.
