Bilge was lovely and the salon was great. Unfortunately she didnt have a look at my hair before it was washed, as it is a bit wavy and textured, when dry. I tried to explain that my hair lightens and I wanted to remove damaged hair without excessive length or natural highlights (which she repeatedly said are dyed?). I referenced I had a butterfly haircut 3 months ago and I wanted the same but a bit cleaned up and she cut my hair more than I expected and different style, some layers but straight
