Unfortunately this wasn't a good experience. I was called less than an hour before my scheduled appointment to be told they had double booked so had to cancel. The appointment was moved to the next day, I attended on time, I was then ignored completely forgot 20 minutes by the hairdresser while she finished another client. My cut started 25 minutes late, only took 20 minutes total. I had to ask for parts of my hair to be cut. Received no apology at any stage. The cut was nice, experience bad.
