Was really happy with my haircut in the end, but had mixed feelings about the overall experience. I was left sitting in my chair for 25 minutes at the start of my appointment with no apologies for the delay or acknowledgement from the staff after they brought me a drink. Throughout the appointment I noticed a number of other people in the same position. The man cutting my hair was really meticulous but I was a bit concerned that he didn't speak to me before I had my hair washed, so wasn't to know how it looked dry. He also didn't speak English and needed a translator which made things a bit difficult, but overall I was happy with the results.

Lovely staff, good eyebrow thread. I did experience some peeling after the underarm wax- likely due to sensitive skin/not having had a wax in a while.
