highlights was apart of the hair session wasn’t given it, didn’t do the cut properly.
Couldn’t handle my African black hair so they said I have nits which was impossible so I did the treatment and nothing even came out of it

Fast and efficient. My eyebrows were done in 5 minutes, looking good.

The salon was running about 15 minutes late for my appointment but the team were apologetic. The room was ok but very small and cold and needed a sweep. I didn’t realise it was a strip wax for a Brazilian wax which was very painful - hot wax is much better and efficient, Staff were friendly but also in a rush (it was a Saturday).
