One of the better waxes I had. Fast (crucial to limit pain :) ), thorough (used a tweezer at the end to make sure it was done properly) and a nice chat throughout. Would recommend

Overall happy with the experience, Gianluca is lovely, very positive and friendly. I liked my haircut and blow-dry but was dissatisfied with the waiting time - despite booking an appointment, I waited for 40 min.
