Happy with the hair cut and my hairdresser was a nice guy! Only disappointment was he had smoked before washing my hair which isn’t very pleasant

I got my hair bleached twice and toned and now I have several burn blisters and wounds on my scalp. I did mention that it was hurting a lot but was assured it was normal. When I bleached my hair at home I didn't have the same issues. It's a shame because the service was lovely and relatively reasonably priced.
