Second time here. They recognized me and were super friendly. You know when you walk away with: "they made it too short again..." not here, gianluca did exactly what I wanted. I'm coming back there for sure.

I absolutely love my new hair! I've been counting down throughout lockdown for the day I would be able to treat my locks to some much needed TLC and Cut & Crafts did not disappoint! Fidan, who did my colour was so lovely, listened to what I was wanting and advised me of the best approach. She did a very thorough job on the application of the colour and it is absolutely popping! A great recommendation for the Moroccan oil serum too. Luca did my cut, and what a stunning job! Really nice atmosphere, with music on the radio playing. Other staff seemed really lovely too. All in all an excellent experience. Will definitely be back again! 😊
