Great first haircut since lockdown!
Only let down is they had kept me waiting about 20mins, luckily left plenty of time for my shift at work

Had to pay an extra 40 GBP as not part of the bleaching+ cut+blow dry package (I originally paid 140 GBP...). I thought the colour was included: when you bleach your whole head, you would dye your hair? I thought so. My bad.
But the stylist was really friendly and professional although he got my colour wrong the first time, he applied a toner and made it better for me.

Gianluca is such a great hairdresser, He has cut my hair a number of times and also done balayage on it, and I am always delighted with the results. Highly recommended.
