Overall a good experience and would go again. I arrived at the salon and had to wait about 30 min for my appointment, but I think this was down to the salon just re-opening and being down on staff. My hairdresser was really friendly and my 1/2 head highlights look great. The one thing I think they could have mentioned is that by having toner, I needed to pay an extra £20 on top of what I had already paid on treatwell, but still good value - £150 for 1/2 head highlights, wash, cut & blowdry

Went in for a bleach and toner after four months in lockdown. Stylist was attentive despite them being very busy, I would really recommend. Bleach is hard to get right as fans will know, and they get it right for a good price.

Unfortunately there wasn’t enough communication even though I showed pictures and tried to explain what I was after, asked for balayage but had a mixture of highlights and balayage which turned out stripey and the colour wasn’t lifted enough leaving a brassy colour, I asked for it to be fixed to which they added another toner (no more lifting) which didn’t do much. Upsetting that I voiced my concerns and disappointment and got nothing except a standard ‘it looks great’. I understand it was the first week back from lockdown but was really disappointed, hopefully it was a one off.
