Didn’t do the highlights properly. Walked out of the salon with wet hair still. The hairdresser kept changing it wasn’t a consistent one. They didn’t understand what to do even with a picture

A wonderful haircut as usual. I’m always happy with the service at Cut and Crafts, and return again and again :) the staff are skilled and friendly, and I felt very safe with everyone wearing masks etc.

Normally I love this place and find it dead reliable. Been coming for ages and have given 5 stars every time. This time the cut was completely uneven and they forgot to do half the treatment. Hoping it's a one off though as normally it's really good
