Went here for a wash, cut and blow-dry and it was a very efficient and friendly service. I was in and out in 45 minutes which is impressive considering my hair is long, thick and hasn't been cut since March 2020! The cut was great and exactly what I wanted. The only thing I would have changed is that they didn't give me a head massage when washing my hair, which would have been lovely.

Brazilian treatment was good and worked as expected. It was a super hot day and we did the heating part outside in the garden which I understand was good foe ventilation but wasn’t the most comfortable. But treatment was good and I would go back

Firstly the shop opened late which I didn’t mind too much but then the removal of my gel nails was horrible. She used the drill machine to take it all off (something I was trying to avoid, more damage to my nails) and she used the machine right down to my nail bed. Hurt my nails with burning 3 times and left them in such a bad state. I’d only had the gels on for 3 weeks and now there in such a terrible state, when it could of been avoided. Really unhappy, will definitely never go back.
