Once there I asked for a simple trim, and although we discussed what I wanted beforehand, the result was uneven and asymmetrical haircut. Unfortunately, it didn’t look professional and wasn’t what I expected from a salon of this level.
I rarely write negative reviews, but my recent visit left me very uncomfortable. I booked with Met, but the treatment was done by Deniz, who looked unwell and unfocused. She didn’t apply enough product, was rough, and my hair looked dry even when I left. I paid over £150 expecting smooth, nourished hair, but five days later it feels as if I had no treatment at all. A real disappointment after a fantastic first visit with Bilge.
