Was very busy when I arrived. I had booked with Bilge, however after she asked me what I wanted she translated to someone else who then proceeded to cut my hair. The atmosphere felt a bit stressed, Bilge was v busy supervising and translating to others. Fire alarm went off twice. Luckily my haircut was actually pretty good but overall not the relaxing experience I hoped for.

I was really pleased with my haircut & blowdry ad well as my eyebrow shaping and tint. The service was efficient, friendly and professional. The finish was exactly as I had asked and I would 100% recommend to a friend. This is the second time I have been to the salon and I will definitely return.
