Despite having agreed on an overall price as I made it clear I was on a budget, Bilge proposed to change what we were doing half way through but failed to tell me that it was going to cost me £50 (!!!) more on top of an already quite high price. If I knew, I would have picked another treatment altogether! Grey hair that I asked to cover still there. I was visibly upset, but they quickly dismissed me. I have been going to this salon for 2 years, this is not how you treat loyal customers.
